Jodie Evans is co-founder of CODEPINK, "a women initiated grassroots peace and social justice movement that seeks positive social change through proactive, creative protest and nonviolent direct action."

Join us as Jodie discusses CODEPINK’s partnership with The Poor People's Campaign and a range of issues: the cost of the war economy, how we can cultivate a local peace economy, the need to defund war, and viewing China not as an enemy but a collaborator. She'll also share exciting news about how CODEPINK will be transforming, 18 Jodie Evansyears after its founding.

A political activist for 50 years, Jodie is also an author and documentary film producer working for peace, justice, and a healthy planet.
